Project Organization Best Practices

✅ Do

  • Use descriptive project names that explain the purpose
  • Create separate projects for different initiatives or clients
  • Include project timelines or phases in descriptions
  • Regularly review and organize unassigned content
  • Use shared projects for team collaboration

❌ Don't

  • Create too many projects without clear purpose
  • Use vague names like "Project 1" or "Test Project"
  • Mix unrelated content types in the same project
  • Leave important content unassigned to projects
  • Share sensitive projects without careful permission review
