Project Organization Best Practices
✅ Do
- Use descriptive project names that explain the purpose
- Create separate projects for different initiatives or clients
- Include project timelines or phases in descriptions
- Regularly review and organize unassigned content
- Use shared projects for team collaboration
❌ Don't
- Create too many projects without clear purpose
- Use vague names like "Project 1" or "Test Project"
- Mix unrelated content types in the same project
- Leave important content unassigned to projects
- Share sensitive projects without careful permission review
