Click the red "Get Started" button on your dashboard and follow the 4-step AI wizard: Category → Problem Statement → Context Sources → Generate. Your survey will be created automatically with intelligent questions.

What's the difference between surveys and AI interviews?

Surveys (YataForms) are structured questionnaires with fixed questions, while AI interviews are conversational and adapt questions based on participant responses. Use surveys for quantitative data and interviews for deeper qualitative insights.

Can I use Yatabase for free?

Yes! The free plan includes 3 AI YataForms per month, basic AI interviews, and 100 responses per survey. Growth and Enterprise plans offer unlimited surveys, advanced features, and team collaboration.

How do Knowledge Bases work?

Upload documents (PDFs, Word docs, web content) and AI automatically processes them for intelligent search. You can then chat with your documents or use them as context sources for better surveys and interviews.

What file formats are supported?

For knowledge bases: PDF, Word documents (.docx), plain text files, and web URLs. For survey responses: CSV export is available for all data with Excel compatibility.
